dop provides real-estate media services: photography, video, drone footage, floor plans, AI-enhanced imagery and related marketing materials. A booking is confirmed once we agree on a date and you receive a written confirmation by email or text.
Package prices are based on the property's interior square footage as listed. If the actual size differs significantly, the price is adjusted to the published rate before delivery. Payment is due upon delivery of the final media unless agreed otherwise. We accept e-transfer and all major cards.
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the shoot via a secure download link. AI upgrades may add up to 12 hours of processing. Every package includes unlimited revisions on edits — color, cropping, object removal touch-ups — within 14 days of delivery.
You receive a perpetual license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific listed property, including MLS, portals, social media and print. dop retains copyright and may use the media in its own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Virtually staged, day-to-dusk and otherwise AI-modified images are delivered clearly labelled. You are responsible for disclosing digital alterations where your MLS or local regulations require it. Structural elements of the property are never altered.
Please ensure the property is accessible and shoot-ready at the agreed time — we send a prep checklist the day before. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may be billed or treated as a late cancellation.
All aerial work is performed by licensed pilots in compliance with local aviation regulations. Where airspace restrictions prevent flight, we substitute elevated mast shots and adjust the price accordingly.
We treat every property with care and carry liability insurance. dop's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues, weather or events beyond our control.
