01What we collect

When you book a shoot we collect your name, phone number, email and the property address. If you pay by card, payment details are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

02How we use it

  • To deliver the service — scheduling, shooting, editing and sending your media.
  • To communicate — confirmations, prep checklists, delivery links and invoices.
  • To improve our work — anonymous usage of our site and order patterns.

We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.

03Photos of properties

The media we produce shows properties, not people. If a person appears in a frame unintentionally, we edit them out or reshoot. Portfolio use of property images can be declined at any time — one email is enough.

04Sharing

Your data is shared only with the services that make dop run: cloud storage for delivery, our booking calendar and our payment provider. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

05Retention

Booking records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. Delivered media is stored for at least 12 months so you can re-download it; you may request earlier deletion of any shoot.

06Cookies & analytics

Our site uses a minimal set of cookies: session preferences and privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without tracking you across the web. No advertising pixels.

07Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days. Contact privacy@dop.media.

08Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note it here with a new date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
